Online Appointment Cancelation / Rearranging Appointment now available

We are pleased to introduce a new, more convenient way for patients to manage their appointments online.

You can now cancel or modify your appointment directly through a secure link provided in your appointment confirmation email. This new feature is designed to give you greater flexibility and control, without needing to call or email the clinic.

When you receive your appointment confirmation email, you will see a link that allows you to manage your booking. Simply click on this link to begin.

For security purposes, you will be asked to confirm a few details, including your date of birth and postcode. This ensures that only you can access and make changes to your appointment.

Once your details have been verified, you will be taken to a secure page where you can choose to either cancel your appointment or reschedule it to a more suitable time. The process is straightforward and only takes a few moments to complete.

If you choose to reschedule, you will be shown the available appointment slots, allowing you to select a time that best fits your schedule. This makes it easier to adjust your booking without delays or the need to wait for clinic opening hours.

The new system has been introduced to improve accessibility and efficiency for our patients. We understand that schedules can change, and we want to make managing your appointments as simple and convenient as possible.

Please note that our standard 48 hour cancellation policy still applies. We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, allowing us to offer that time to other patients in need of care.
